La Veranda
La Veranda is a large self-catering holiday apartment in a traditional stone farmhouse in Tuscany. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
The apartment opens onto a private covered veranda opposite the swimming pool. In the veranda there are a table with chairs and a barbecue grill for exclusive use of the guests of the apartment.
The ground floor is occupied by the kitchen with open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow our guests to prepare their meals. There is a gas stove, fridge and freezer, electric coffee maker, pots and pans and cutlery and tableware.
Kitchen towels and tablecloths are provided.
In the kitchen there is a table which can comfortably sit up to 6 people. There is also a sofa and a Satellite TV with several foreign channels.
From the kitchen a staircase leads upstairs. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom.
One of the bedrooms is a twin bedroom, which can also be arranged as a double bedroom. The second bedroom is a large triple bedroom, with a king-size bed and a single bed.
The bathroom has a shower.
Linens for the bedrooms and the bathroom are provided and changed on a weekly basis.
Additional Notes:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
- Guests of the apartment La Veranda can use the swimming pool and the common garden areas, including the private pine tree woods a few steps away from the apartment and the table for table tennis. They can park their car by the apartment. Moreover they can use the common laundry facilities for free. An iron with ironing board are provided in each apartment.
- The apartment is rented by the week all year round from Saturday to Saturday.
