La Loggia
La Loggia is a cozy self-catering holiday flat in a farmhouse in Tuscany near Siena. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the farmhouse and it is accessed by an old terracotta staircase with a traditional covered loggia, where guests will find a table and chairs to sit outside in the warm summer evenings. They are welcome to use part of the garden at the bottom of the stairs. They also have a barbecue grill for their exclusive use.
The apartment is very private as it overlooks the unspoilt woods of the Val di Merse and the private garden of the holiday farmhouse. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, electric coffee maker, pots and pans and cutlery and tableware.
Kitchen towels and tablecloths are provided. In the kitchen there is a table which can comfortably sit up to 4 people. There is also a Satellite TV with several foreign channels.
From the kitchen guests can access the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds: the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower.
Linens for the bedrooms and the bathroom are provided and changed on a weekly basis.
Additional Notes:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
- Guests of the apartment La Loggia can use the swimming pool, the table for table tennis and the common garden areas, including the private pine tree woods a few steps away from the apartment. They can park their car by the apartment. Moreover they can use the common laundry facilities for free. An iron with ironing board are provided in each apartment.
- The apartment is rented by the week all year round from Saturday to Saturday.
