Il Gelsomino
Il Gelsomino is a spacious self-catering vacation rental in Tuscany in a country villa near Siena and the Petriolo hot springs. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment has a private outdoor sitting area enclosed by thick jasmine bushes right by the cypress tree-lined road that leads to the country holiday villa in Tuscany. In this space there are a table with chairs and a barbecue grill for exclusive use of the guests of the apartment.
The main entrance leads into a large open space divided in two areas by an arch typical of the traditional rural architecture of Tuscany. This large room is divided into a dining area with fitted kitchen and the sitting area where guests will find two sofas and satellite TV.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped and it allows our guests to prepare their meals just like at home. There is a gas stove, fridge and freezer, electric coffee maker, pots and pans and cutlery and tableware.
Kitchen towels and tablecloths are provided.
The dining table can comfortably sit 6 people. From the kitchen, guests can access a storage room where they will find garden chairs, and everything necessary to do their laundry.
The apartment Il Gelsomino has two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower cabinet.
There is a twin bedroom, which can also be arranged as a double bedroom, and a double bedroom with a king-sized bed.
In the sitting room there is a comfortable double sofa bed (king-sized).
Linens for the bedrooms and the bathroom are provided and changed on a weekly basis.
Additional Notes:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
- Guests of the apartment Il Gelsomino can use the swimming pool, the common garden areas, including the private pine tree woods a few steps away from the apartment, and the table for table tennis. They can park their car by the apartment. Moreover they can use the common laundry facilities for free. An iron with ironing board are provided in each apartment.
- The apartment is rented by the week all year round from Saturday to Saturday.
